Refund policy

At tote N threads, every product is crafted with love and care. In the rare case that you're not completely satisfied, here is our return policy:

  1. Eligible products (if found damaged) can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If your package arrives in damaged condition, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately at +91 8920010618.

  2. If your order arrives damaged, email us at totenthreads@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review and take necessary action promptly.

  3. Customized or personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

  4. All return requests must be received and approved by our team. Once approved, we will arrange a return pick-up at your convenience.

  5. Upon successful return, we will issue a store credit note or process a refund deducting shipping charges. Please ensure the product is returned unwashed and unused in its original condition.
